重要事項説明を受けた後は、説明を受け内容を確認したという買主の確認印が必要となります。
重要事項説明は登記や法規制など細部に渡る説明なので、できれば契約日当日の説明ではなく、契約日より前に重要事項説明を受け、納得した上での契約が望ましいです。
3.契約、ローン申込み
売買契約書を作成して手付金を売主に渡します。
売買契約書は、売買される不動産についての書面を売主・買主ともに記名・押印します。
契約書には、当事者の住所・氏名、代金の支払い方法や時期、建物の引渡し時期など絶対的記載事項と、天災などによる不可抗力の場合に関することなど任意的な記載事項があります。

手付金を除く残金を売主に支払い、物件が買主に引き渡されます。
6.登記
物件の所有権の移転登記を行い、購入が完了します。
